Trip Details

DAY 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport / Transfer to Arusha:Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport, and then you will transfer to the lodge in Arusha which takes approximately 1h30m, settle in ready to start your safari properly in the morning

DAY 2: Arusha National Park & Lake Duluti: You will have an option to ride to Arusha National Park or visiting the Lake Duluti or Mount Meru. In the evening you will visit the local market in Arusha to explore the Masai traditions.

 DAY 3: (The Cultural Day): Maasai Village Visit in Mto wa Mbu:You will visit the Kigongoni area to explore Maasai tradition including dancing, milking cows, Masai dishes and dress. Then you will ride a bike through the banana and rice plantation, meet the locals and learn how this people conduct their normal daily activities.

 DAY 4: (The Park of Tembo): Tarangire National ParkYou will drive to Tanzania’s elephant’s headquarters, Tarangire National Park. You will have lunch in one of the picnic sites and proceed with game drive in other areas of the park to to witness various animals such as leopards, cheetahs and hyenas, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests to lions.

DAY 5: Lake Eyasi & meet Hadzabe & Datoga tribles:You will drive to Lake Eyasito encounter the African Bushmen, the Hadzabe & Datoga tribles who still hunt for food to date. These iconic tribesmen documented to live in groups with no hierarchy & rules since all the resources are shared. Then you will roam around the spectacular Lake Eyasi which hosts millions of crustaceans that are very much preferred by flamingos for meals.

DAY 6: (Unforgettable Wildlife Experience): Serengeti National Park: After an early breakfast you will depart the lodge at 7:30 to Serengeti National Park with game enroute. Along the way you might encounter wild animals like baboons, vervet monkeys, warthogs and buffalo. You will drive straight to camp for checking in and have lunch. After lunch you will go for an afternoon game drive in the park.

DAY 7: Full day Serengeti National Park: This day-long adventure is likely to be the highlight of your stay, as the wonders of the Serengeti reveal themselves. Discover the park’s iconic creatures in the early morning Game Drive. If interested, you may take the opportunity to do optional balloon safari, which concludes a champagne breakfast in the midst of the grasslands.

 DAY 8: Laetoli Footprint Trails & historical Site of Olduvai Gorge: You will visit the famous Olduvai Gorge, paleoanthropological site in the eastern Serengeti Plain, within the boundaries of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in northern Tanzania. After the lunch you will drive for 45Km south of Olduvai Gorge Museum to witness the Laetoli Footprint Trails (Smithsonian's Human Origins).

DAY 9: (Sensational Safari Experience): Ngorongoro Crater:After breakfast you will depart with picnic lunch and heard to Ngorongoro crater to Explore the wildlife in the self-contained ecosystem of Ngorongoro crater. 

Day 10: The elephant Caves & waterfalls of Ngorongoro forest: You will drive for about 30minutes to a breathtaking 2h30m nature walk in the jungle to the elephant caves and waterfalls of Ngorongoro forest. The beauty of this walk is that you get to experience an entirely untouched forest.

DAY 11: Engaging with Local Community in Karatu & Arusha: You will visit coffee plantation and do a coffee test in Karatu, then you will depart for Arusha. On the way, you will witness breathtaking scenery dotted with traditional villages in search of Arusha town. After lunch in Arusha, you will have the opportunity to visit Shanga, a wonderful project that highlights marginalized people making amazing products.

 DAY 12: Drive to Kilimanjaro International airport for departure to Zanzibar Island: After the breakfast, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International airport for departure to Zanzibar Island.

Day 13: Zanzibar Holiday: Visit the spice Farm: After breakfast, you will visit the spice farm and fruits farms. You will also have an opportunity to explore  the stone Town & Zanzibar by night and music.

Day 14: Zanzibar Holiday: Engage in Oceanic Activities: You ride a sport boat and Swim with dolphins and Snorkeling at Mnemba Island.

Day 15: Zanzibar Holiday: fishing and Engage in Oceanic Activities: You ride a sport boat and Swim with dolphins and Snorkeling at Mnemba Island.

Day 16: Zanzibar Holiday: Explore the White Sand Beaches: You will ride a boat to Prison Island and Nakupenda sandbank. After lunch you spend your evening at Jambian white sand beach.

Day 17: Zanzibar Holiday: Explore the White Sand Beaches: You will ride a boat to Prison Island and Nakupenda sandbank. After lunch you spend your evening at Jambian white sand beach.

Day 18: (Zanzibar Excursions) Explore Cultural Heritage & Stone Town: You will have an opportunity upon your request to interact with the natives, visit markets places, test the traditional food, and walk around the stone town streets.

Day 19: Zanzibar Safari & Explore Culture & the Stone Town: After breakfast, you will visit the Jahazi Forest & Mangroves and spend your evening at Stone Town. You will also have an opportunity to explore Zanzibar by night and music.

Day 20: Explore Culture & the Stone Town: After breakfast, you will walk to explore the Stone Town (the old Town of Zanzibar) and interact with natives.

Day 21: Morning in Leisure/ Transfer to the Airport: Kilizanzibar Tour will thank you, and then transfer to the Zanzibar International Airport for your flight back home.
